Bristow Public Schools Recognizes Outstanding Student Achievements at February 10 Board Meeting

At the Bristow Public Schools board meeting on Monday night, February 10, 2025, several students were honored for their exceptional achievements in academics, music, and showing livestock.

Tate Bell and Hadley Bell were recognized for their remarkable accomplishments in livestock, with Hadley earning Grand Champion Market Steer award at both the Tulsa State Show and the American Royal Livestock competition. Joe McGovran, BPS AG instructor, presented their certificates in honor of their hard work and dedication.

Nancy Frazier was also celebrated for her musical talent, having earned a spot in the All-State Junior High Treble Chorus. Chapman Shields, BPS Choir Instructor, and Janie Blake were on hand to present her recognition.

Finally, Nicole Cooper, BPS Band Director, honored Kadyn Lamm and Gage Johnson for being selected to the prestigious Oklahoma Small School Band Directors Association All-State Band. Their achievement highlights their dedication to excellence in music.

The board meeting highlighted a proud moment for the school district as these students showcased their diverse talents and hard work.
